Worst hotel/resort we have stayed at …to start off the gentleman checked us in and directed us to the wrong tower / which we had a fully loaded luggage cart that was falling apart and had to maneuver up and down some of the slowest and scariest elevators I have been on to finally get to our outdated room that had a smoked white glass patio door that you could not even view the ocean through , stove/ oven dirty with grease which we seen cockroaches run behind on our last night which made it difficult to sl... read more
