Bad service. We set up a tour with Kimi but she never showed up. We were there 10 minutes early and stayed 15 more minutes incase she was running late. No call or text to let us know that the scheduled tour would be canceled.
Kimmy is horrible. This company will take your deposit with no intent to help place you in a home. But Kimmy....non responsive, under the influence, will not communicate at all. The office doesn't have answers to anything. They just forward you back to horrible non responsive unprofessional Kimmy. Use a different realtor. Crown is not it
Terrible customer service. Very rude

Small group of people. Able to resolve issues quickly sometimes. Sometimes displays lack of consideration of tenants.
