I had a great experience renting for 18 months from Craig and his team. Cute little house was in perfect condition and any time I had a maintenance issue I never had a problem getting in touch with the office and someone was sent within a day. Got most of my security deposit back and probably would have got the whole security but there was a broken ceramic soap dish my son accidentally broke in the shower. Unprofessional, disorganized and incompetent
Don’t rent from Craig. He is a very rude person. I feel bad for the people that hire him to run their properties because he thinks he is better than. Craig also thinks that the owner wouldn’t tell me that he lied on me and said that I caused someone not to move in when he only showed one apt and the lady moved in and to top it off he tried to get the owner to kick me out because I stood up to him because he tried to say that I can’t afford the place meanwhile never had an issue until crown took over.
