Update: January 2026, 2025 The apartment that I applied for and was denied our application in a very rude way adter taking our application money. After they spoke to the ☆VILLAGES OF EASTON☆ $24,000, 18 month lease for 360 square feet. The management of the ☆VILLAGES OF EASTON☆ made terrible decisions and target tenants just to be able to take them to court, lie to the court, and make more money off everyone. Crown Reality is a horrible company!!!! And Marvin Sheffler is a slumlord!!!!!! I have be a tenant for a decade and they had my apartment uninhabited 4 times and left it like that for 6 months, 3 months, and 2 months. Worst company I ever!!! I ever dealt with in my 42 years of life. I am emotional scared for life and they pretty much spit in my face over it. Twice they sewed me for 150$ the court cost were more than what I was sewed for! Craig Kostelac had a showing before us at a different place, but what he did for us was incredible. He took the time to explain his place for rent, gave us all the details and information needed for us to have a good view on this apartment. Not only did he help us understand questions we were looking for, but went into much detail about all of it, the good, bad and in betweens (not that there were “bads” at all.) if you’re looking for a company or man that knows his stuff and cares about his tenants, I’d reach out to Craig.
This company manages individually owned rentals. When they called Villages of Easton about us living there. They took the property managers lies as value. Which black listed us from renting anywhere. Villages of Easton cost us $24,000 to live there. The property manager who is absolutely morally bankrupt and is in the business to rip people off and cause trouble in each building.
