This company manages individually owned rentals. When they called Villages of Easton about us living there. They took the property managers lies as value. Which black listed us from renting anywhere. Villages of Easton cost us $24,000 to live there. The property manager who is absolutely morally bankrupt and is in the business to rip people off and cause trouble in each building. if i could give no star i absolutely would, but people need to know what a crappy property owner this man is. the owner of this lot refuses to fix ANYTHING, but instead says he is going to PAY FOR DAMAGES FROM HIS LOT THAT CAUSES CAR DAMAGES and then doesn’t.
I had a great experience renting for 18 months from Craig and his team. Cute little house was in perfect condition and any time I had a maintenance issue I never had a problem getting in touch with the office and someone was sent within a day. Got most of my security deposit back and probably would have got the whole security but there was a broken ceramic soap dish my son accidentally broke in the shower.
