My experience with Crown Real Estate, particularly with owner Craig Kostelac, stands as one of the most disappointing tenant-landlord relationships I've encountered. After renting at Shaler Highlands (2024-2025) and adopting a black Labrador with initial approval from the leasing office, the situation deteriorated rapidly. if i could give no star i absolutely would, but people need to know what a crappy property owner this man is. the owner of this lot refuses to fix ANYTHING, but instead says he is going to PAY FOR DAMAGES FROM HIS LOT THAT CAUSES CAR DAMAGES and then doesn’t.
I had a great experience renting for 18 months from Craig and his team. Cute little house was in perfect condition and any time I had a maintenance issue I never had a problem getting in touch with the office and someone was sent within a day. Got most of my security deposit back and probably would have got the whole security but there was a broken ceramic soap dish my son accidentally broke in the shower.
