DO NOT RENT FROM CROWN REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT. They thrive on robbing people of their security deposits. They will lie and make things up so they can keep the deposit. Everything in the units are broken and disgusting. Robbed me for 1400$ now I’m forced to file in small claimed court. IF I COULD PUT ZEERO STARS I WOULD. These people are awful they never get back with you on anything. When we moved out we left the apartment clean with no destruction to property. They took our $1500. Deposit and also added $600.00 to pay on top of deposit. When we were moving out one of the front office lady said that she was moving in to that apartment.
