Crown Rain Gutters and its owner are the worst of the worst in central Florida. They used to be the best as I had worked with them before but this clown Jeff Smith at the helm is a disaster. I currently am taking them to court over a $797 deposit that they can not afford to return even though they said they would. Which is silly knowing they have zero recourse. A sinking ship.
Do Not Hire! They installed gutters on my house with “Lifetime Warranty on Leaks”. Made 3 different appointments to fix leaks but never showed up!
Jeff was wonderful! In a pinch he really came through when we could not find anyone who would help us. He answered his phone on a Sunday!!! Nobody does that anymore. Great service. Use this company, you will not be disappointed.
The lady that runs administration is so sweet! They came out to install gutters on my home and we ran into a thunderstorm! They sat in the work truck until the storm passed and STILL completed my installation. They were professional & talented. If you need gutters give them a call they have DEDICATION! (:
