I just moved from a different state to Idaho. I immediately found a great apartment managed by Crown. They have been amazing as far as tenant services. They answer emails, texts, and phone calls promptly within 24 hours. They are so friendly no matter my question.
I just moved from a different state to Idaho. I immediately found a great apartment managed by Crown. They have been amazing as far as tenant services. They answer emails, texts, and phone calls promptly within 24 hours. They are so friendly no matter my question.
Very hard to get ahold of anyone since they don’t answer the phone. Will definitely take application fees on a unit knowing it’s going to another person.
They dont ever pick up the phone or return calls and texts, I've been trying for two weeks now might as well talk to bricks. If I could give zero stars I would!
