I wanted to say that Haley at the Crown Property Management office was extremely helpful in getting me approved for an apartment quickly. I had went through some trials and tribulations in my life recently and she was able to pull everything together for me very quickly. I got this place for a move in special and now the new company took over our apartments and raised everyone rent +$200,they said we don’t pay enough for the size of our places. Nothing is up to date. We have squatters that come and secured entry is a joke they want you to take picture of people cracking the doors open
We own three rental properties and have substantial experience working with property management companies. Unfortunately, Crown Management did not meet the standard of service we’ve come to expect. Our tenant, Nicole Haswell, left a positive review about her experience, and we’re glad she felt well-supported. However, as property owners, our experience with Crown was very different—so much so that we chose to sell the property due to the persistent issues we encountered.
