Crown took over this summer, and after a few early bumps, things are running smoothly. John from maintenance was friendly and helpful during a recent visit, and management has been professional and responsive and receptive to feedback. We love our home and appreciate the positive relationship with Crown.
Do not rent from them! They took over as property management from the previous company and it went downhill from there! I provided them a 2 month notice to move out and they did not provide me with a move-out checklist until a month before we moved out - and that was only after I asked them if there was anything we should take care of before moving out. This company took over our apartments back in May. Ever since it has been nothing but problems. They claimed they never received our lease renewal so we had 2 months that we had to pay an extra $500 for the "month to month" contract, the lease renewal they did send us had a completely different name and address, and lastly they never provided new parking stickers and then proceeded to tow my vehicle. We are looking to move ASAP. Do NOT recommend dealing with this company.
