Do Not Rent Here This is by far the worst property management company I’ve dealt with. Since they took over, the building has gone downhill fast. They’re disorganized, unprofessional, and only care about squeezing money from tenants through unfair fees—even when it’s their mistake. The manager is unreliable, communication is terrible, and there’s zero accountability. What was once a great place to live has become stressful and frustrating. I strongly warn anyone: do not rent from this company. You’ll regret it.
