Do Not Rent Here This is by far the worst property management company I’ve dealt with. Since they took over, the building has gone downhill fast. They’re disorganized, unprofessional, and only care about squeezing money from tenants through unfair fees—even when it’s their mistake. The manager is unreliable, communication is terrible, and there’s zero accountability. What was once a great place to live has become stressful and frustrating. I strongly warn anyone: do not rent from this company. You’ll regret it.
I got this place for a move in special and now the new company took over our apartments and raised everyone rent +$200,they said we don’t pay enough for the size of our places. Nothing is up to date. We have squatters that come and secured entry is a joke they want you to take picture of people cracking the doors open, do your job! They’ll try to charge for you anything and they don’t care about their tenants. We are a $$$ to them
