Crown Properties has been a GODSEND to my complex. All the staff; front office and maintenance seem to care about the tenants and their quality of life. I do not feel like I am burdensome when I have a concern, and I’m a long time tenant, they listen and respond in a timely manner. THANKS to you all, and GOD bless💯

Crown took over this summer, and after a few early bumps, things are running smoothly. John from maintenance was friendly and helpful during a recent visit, and management has been professional and responsive and receptive to feedback. We love our home and appreciate the positive relationship with Crown.
Do not rent from them! They took over as property management from the previous company and it went downhill from there! I provided them a 2 month notice to move out and they did not provide me with a move-out checklist until a month before we moved out - and that was only after I asked them if there was anything we should take care of before moving out.
