I lived as a tenant at whitefish crossinf that is managed by crown for 6 months whileI was in-between unexpected moves. A huge issue I had was the property management Discover crown. The move in process was easy, however for their first inspection, they came in my apartment and took photos of everything which is not on the lease or notice. I also spoke to an attorney, and confirmed that it is not legal to take photos of your tenants apartment without notice unless its an emergency. We have rented from Crown Property Management for almost 5 years now and have had nothing but great experiences with their management and their apartments. We started in a two bedroom but as our family grew we moved to a three bedroom in the same neighborhood. They have always been prompt with any issues and the apartments are very well maintained. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to rent a comfy and clean apartment with great amenities.
By far the best property managers in the valley. Lindsey and Shannon have always been courteous to us and always tailored any needs and requests. Always great communication and a straight forward process with Crown Property Management.
