Horrible experience with management - I used to work in leasing and there are many ways to work with tenants or address concerns. Shannon was anything but kind when I called to discuss charges deducted from our security deposit. Proceed with caution if you choose to rent here.
I lived as a tenant at whitefish crossinf that is managed by crown for 6 months whileI was in-between unexpected moves. A huge issue I had was the property management Discover crown. The move in process was easy, however for their first inspection, they came in my apartment and took photos of everything which is not on the lease or notice. I also spoke to an attorney, and confirmed that it is not legal to take photos of your tenants apartment without notice unless its an emergency.
