He came and completed the job within a few days, on the day he said he would, 03/20/2026(Friday). David was Professional & Performed the Job with Precision for a Fair Price, $250.

Dave came to our house promptly to inspect our deck which was in a dangerous condition. Rather than suggesting that the entire structure be replaced ( as the other contractors had, he took my suggestion to repair it and keep the look and feel of our 1901 home. We have recommended to our neighbors.
The crew was very knowledgeable the roof was stripped and replaced rotten boards all new attic vents removed all old gutters and downspouts. Everything was replaced the same day. Very impressed with the job
