As a boy, my friends and I did the taste tests and we all agreed that Crown Prince sardines were the best. To this day Crown Prince still holds the title on my tounge. Just did the taste test on some newer brands. NOPE, Crown Prince stands undefeated!

I was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED in the 7 cans of chopped clams I purchased on Friday, October 17 to use in a batch of homemade clam chowder. All 7 cans contained microscopic pieces of clam...almost as small as grains of sand. Quinoa is bigger. I expected to find at least recognizable pieces of clams. It may have been 20 cents per can cheaper; however, I'm not cutting corners again. I'm going back to Snow brand.

I hate sardines and could never eat them but my vet prescribed half a sardine daily for my dog and he gobbles em down. If he could rate them he would give them 5 stars. Is the mercury low? I hope so! Will purchase again!

The Sardines in Louisiana Hot Sauce are great with some crackers for a quick and tasty lunch. I always keep some at my desk.

I love so many Crown Prince products, but my favorite is the Yellow fin tuna in olive oil!! The BEST! You don't even need to add anything to it. It's great right out of the can! I also love the smoked oysters in red chili and the Alder wood smoked salmon. Yummmm!!!! :)
