Very friendly, fast service! I had a just had a very bad experience with another Troy-Bilt authorized service provider in Columbia who quoted a one month wait and a fee of $125 to pick up a lawnmower less than 10 miles away (in fact, the guy eventually told me they didn't pick up in my area). I wanted to give a little shout out to Steve Ochs at the Eldon location for helping me get a new Cub Cadet XT2 XL50 bought this morning along with a new Stihl Blower. It was a pleasure to deal with him and I would suggest him to anyone in our area studying and comparing equipment. Excited to get my new mower next week sometime!

Your friend in the field! Crown Power has some great customer service that bends over backwards after the sale and understands that you can't afford to have equipment down during those prime seasons. Crown Power has made that transition from another company a smooth one!
