Genuinely terrible service. The third-shift employee, Rosa, was particularly awful. Our reservation was changed just minutes before the hotel’s overnight system update. Rosa repeatedly insisted it was the 18th when it was, in fact, already the 19th. Her explanation was so confusing that I had to figure out for myself what the change actually meant. We stayed recently and the staff was very friendly but they are being spread too thin. The owner/manager puts entirely too much work on one person. This place has amazing potential if staffed properly. The lady working breakfast did an amazing job and breakfast was great.

Some of the staff was nice, the rooms are not that great considering the amount of money you pay. The hot tub jets were out, guest laundry didnt work, and the pool was nasty. They gym dont have no weights,and they kicked us out because the shower was running and the guy said he was gonna call the cops on me because the steam. Guy said this is ridiculous. I had rain sounds on and he thought the showerwas still running. The Hampton Inn in farmington is so much better than this place. Definitely not worth the money you pay for ... read more

My group had 3 rooms reserved for 6 weeks with a high probability of extending due for work. Had to move rooms because the first one was infested with black grasshoppers, mold & mildew causing me to have 2 dr appointments to get allergy RX. The hotel had 1 washer and 1 dryer which was out of order for our entire stay. The manager, Tracey, was extremely difficult to deal with and made our billing process a nightmare. This hotel has very clean rooms. They are somewhat larger than similar rooms in similar hotels. All the amenities are in very good condition. Not sure how old this hotel is but it appears to be either a newer hotel or very recently renovated. The only thing I didn't like was the breakfast which had over-microwaved food that is tough and pretty low quality. But for the price and condition I would stay again and eat outside the hotel.
