NASTY!!! This place is AWFUL!!! Not only are the apartments horrible, but so is management! The manager Lin Foley is rude, hateful, and just down right mean to all tenants. I rented from her and haven't been here but a few months and this place is horrible for my family and I. The carpet is covered in cigarette burns, its also torn and tethered everywhere! The a/c has went out twice. The cops showed up on our door step the our first night here and scared us to death, they said that they were told that people were doing drugs... read more
AWFUL!! I'm a current resident and I can not wait to get out of this hell hole! Not only is the manager rude and hateful, she treats you like you are beneath her or something. But thats not the only thing, the apartments are disgusting! The manager will scam you out of money, we paid the deposit after she claimed that she would paint and replace the carpet. We move in and the whole place reeks of cigarette smoke, theres cigarette burns in the carpet, the carpet is frayed and has tears all in it. They did manage to paint, but... read more
AWFUL!! These apartments are disgusting, cigarette burns in the carpet, paint all over the carpet were they did a half a$$ job of painting the walls, there are rips and tears in the carpet, every thing is rigged up with duct tape. Oh and the outlets are all Fire Hazards! The blades inside the outlets are loose from wear, therefore they don't hold the cords of appliances, lamps, etc. properly. I have never dealt with such rude and unprofessional management in my life! The manager is nice at first, but then out of no where she acts like she can't stand you or something?? And she legit does not care about the health and safety of her tenants, she only cares about getting paid! I mean maybe if the apartments were nicer then it would be worth it to live here, but the apartments are nasty, so if I was her I'd be treating my tenants better otherwise people are going to leave and its probably going to prevent future tena... read more
