This is the worst place in Charllote to live choose to live in a box instead of choosing this place, think a lot before coming to live here I made the worst choice of my life, many cockroaches in all houses, poorly built fences, noisy neighbors, ugly place is unpleasant, bad care without any merit of saying it is a good place to live so rethink several times before coming to live here I hope I have helped several families not to choose this garbage place

My review is being silenced.. Since the day I moved into Crown Point Townhomes, it’s been nothing but problems. The biggest issue from the very start was the parking. Every unit is supposed to be limited to two spaces, but nobody follows that rule. People park however they want—three, four cars jammed behind the townhomes—and management never steps in to control it.
