As today June 29th 2026 I’m updating my review. Think twice if you’re planning on rent here!!! Since I move in I had issues, I moved in late November and temperature was already cold, I was promised that they will paint the patio floor once we had good weather since I rented a “renovated “ unit … 3 years later and still no paint. This is the worst place in Charllote to live choose to live in a box instead of choosing this place, think a lot before coming to live here I made the worst choice of my life, many cockroaches in all houses, poorly built fences, noisy neighbors, ugly place is unpleasant, bad care without any merit of saying it is a good place to live so rethink several times before coming to live here I hope I have helped several families not to choose this garbage place
My review is being silenced.. Since the day I moved into Crown Point Townhomes, it’s been nothing but problems. The biggest issue from the very start was the parking. Every unit is supposed to be limited to two spaces, but nobody follows that rule. People park however they want—three, four cars jammed behind the townhomes—and management never steps in to control it.
