I had an extremely disappointing experience with Crown Point Surgical Suites. I provided CPR-related services in good faith during a time they were in need, with the understanding that payment would be issued the same day. Instead, I went nearly 11 weeks without being paid. Throughout that time, I was repeatedly told that my check was “in the mail” and “about five days away”—multiple times. None of those statements were accurate. Beautiful facility. Marble floors & columns. Multi business office building. Very nice.
Dr Harris has now done two surgeries here for me. Both times I’ve went, the WHOLE staff is nothing but helpful and caring. I didn’t meet some of the staff before or after my surgeries, but I would like everyone to know that they are appreciated and I thank them very much
