I had foot surgery at this facility. The surgeon was great - Dr. Pettet and the nursing staff. However, they required me to pay the full amount up front and then failed to submit to my insurance because the claim would have been less and they would have had to pay me back money. I have called several times, my doctor even called billing and they said they would do it. Still hasn't been done 4 months later. The lady told me that Cigna rejected it initially but any denials or rejections are noted in their system. They never fi... read more

Everyone I encountered from start to finish was exceptional - professional, kind, caring, and patient. Special shout out to Kashea Medina, my nurse in post op who spent extra time with me which was special and much appreciated. Also to Pat who went above & beyond in locating my medical charts from a previous surgery in order to ensure that we wouldn't have respiratory issues from anesthesia again.
Everyone was wonderful. Staff was friendly nice and good bedside manner
