I really like CPP. They are such a responsive group. My first born had extensive medical issues and we never had to wait to get call backs in the middle of the night or to get an appointment. If they felt something was beyond their scope, they quickly referred us to a specialist. Dr. Roos and Jaime are phenomenal. I have three kids that go here. We started with the office back when Dr. Simon was around and they were located at Medical Center of Aurora, that was 16 years ago. Staff is always very courteous and Dr. Roos, Jamie and Vona are excellent medical providers. Prescriptions are always done timely, phone calls are always returned promptly. I can only think of two small issues in 16 years and they aren't big enough to mention here, as well as they were resolved promptly. We love Crown Point. Our twins were born 3 months premature and our Neonatal team recommended Dr Simon and Dr Roos when they were located at Aurora Regional. When the office moved we moved with them. The team of doctor's and PA's are incredible. Due to my children's extreme prematurity I needed to ensure that I vaccinated them on a schedule that would allow for me to understand reactions (if any) and ensure that there tiny bodies could handle the vaccines instead of flooding them with a ton of shots all at once. We have been going to Crown Point for over 10 yrs (since before it was Crown Point). We have been extremely happy with the care they show us. When needed, we get in for same day appts, we get return calls back from the nurses and everyone is very friendly. We mostly see Dr Roos, but have seen the NP as well and couldn't be happier with the care and service provided.
