Very professional kind optometrist and staff. I always feel invited and welcome here. From getting my eye exam to picking a pair of glasses. The staff are well informed and friendly. I recommend Crown Point to all my family and friends.
Was referred there for my daughter for eye therapy. Was quite expensive, out in 3 minutes, very poor communication. Went back to our regular eye doctor for a check up to find out no report or update was given. Even though we were told she's good now, she's not and we've been referred to a new clinic.
Great staff!
The Dr is great with adults but I did not love the experience we had with my 2 almost 3 year old. They also did not tell me that their washrooms were closed to the public so I had to bring my potty training toddler to Boston pizza twice while waiting so he didn’t have an accident. I would still recommend them but just keep those things in mind.
