I am happy to start my new journey here. Hannah (Property Manager) has made this process so easy. She is professional, efficient, and kind. Any questions I have she has made sure to answer them. and helps you get accustomed to your new place. With her assistance this has been a smooth and easy transition for my boys and I. The community is clean, the apartments are nice and spacious. Looking forward to making one wonderful memories here.
This is a lovely place, but beware of property owners. I signed a 12 month lease and then three months into it I received a renewal request increasing rent and saying if I don’t renew for another 12 months then my lease will automatically convert into a month to month with additional increased rent, starting five months into the 12 month lease. It is such a wonderful place to live. Maintenance is on point with completing work orders promptly, curb appeal is always maintained, and the staff is very friendly. The office is prompt in answering inquiries and always keeps us updated on any changes that may occur.
