I’ve been a resident at Crown Point for almost 3 years and would recommend this property to anyone looking for an apartment. Maintenance and staff have been great! I love my apartment and plan to renew my lease! I’ve lived at four different apartments and this has been by far the best.
I’ve lived here for roughly 6 months! So far everything has been great! I have had no problems at all! From the day we moved in any issues that arrived were promptly fixed and communication was top tier. Michelle does a great job managing the property and has been nothing but kind and welcoming! Definitely a great place to live!

As a vendor that frequents Crown Point on a weekly basis, I must say the staff here is amazing, friendly and always smiling. Apartments are gorgeous, modern and priced competitively. Location is superb, you are close to everything!
Even though there’s no specific rule or policy requiring this, I want to explain why I had to request termination of this apartment lease. I signed the lease agreement for this apartment a year ago, during which I paid a 2-month deposit and 1 month’s rent in advance. After moving in, about 3-4 months later, mold developed in the 1-bedroom unit, damaging my bed frame, mattress, bed covers, pillows, blankets, floor carpets, clothes, and office documents.
