On Thanksgiving Day, 2025, our 92 year old Mother, Grand Mother and Great Grand Mother ("Memaw") suffered a broken femur along with torn ligaments and muscle after an accidental fall while taking a family photo. It was a frightening time for "Memaw" and the entire family. She was admitted to Crown Point Health Suites on December 2nd for rehab and skilled nursing care after a short hospital stay. I was at Crown Point for 6 days, people there were so nice from the moment I arrived till the moment I was released. Every one always smiling and happy, always helping. They deserve more than 5 Stars
My mom spent 2 weeks at Crown Point for rehabilitation. The staff was caring, supportive, and professional. Physical Therapist staff was outstanding. Housekeeping always kept her room clean. Our family highly recommends Crown Point for rehabilitation.
One of the best facilities I've seen and been to in Lubbock. Definitely meet quality of live standards. Great staff, clean facility with quality care.
