If I can give 0 Stars I would. I payed my rent on time, and I had not problems here other someone always trying to steal my gas from my truck. I finished my contract of 1 year and move out. They took all of my deposit and charged 50$ for some repairs/ cleaning etc. Which is fine....They sent me the invoice VIA email. I honestly forgot to pay it becuase I had just bought a house and it got lost in my email. They didnt try calling me or trried reaching out to my cosigner aka(my wife). Between the rent hikes, rude staff, and contract changes, this place is terrible. Our neighbor had bed bugs and instead of notifying us like they are legally required to do, we found out only when they moved to our apartment. Crown Point refused to pay for exterminators so my roommate and I were out another $1,000 to cover it. Our place was spotless and we cleaned constantly but there were always problems with roaches and other bugs, including massive black widows in the garage.
