2000+ for an apartment that doesn’t even allow pets is insane
If you are looking for a place where you will have to deal with black mold: this is the place. I dealt with black mold because the bathrooms don't have a fan for ventilation, you have to open a window. The ceiling in my bedroom had a leak when it rained which also resulted in mold. The spiders and roaches that lie in the cracks of the foundation are ridiculous. They have "over night" security bit somehow the cars and mailboxes were broken into constantly.
