If you are looking for a place where you will have to deal with black mold: this is the place. I dealt with black mold because the bathrooms don't have a fan for ventilation, you have to open a window. The ceiling in my bedroom had a leak when it rained which also resulted in mold. The spiders and roaches that lie in the cracks of the foundation are ridiculous. They have "over night" security bit somehow the cars and mailboxes were broken into constantly. This apartment complex that has exceeded all my expectations. The office staff, including the supervisor, are incredibly professional and friendly, always willing to assist with any inquiries or concerns. They genuinely care about the residents and make you feel like a valued part of the community. The cleanliness and maintenance of the property are top-notch. I lived there for about a year very nice complex and safe neighborhood . Management was decent not too friendly not too rude lol. Would recommend living there !
The management has always worked with me when I've wanted to upgrade within. The maintainence crew is always on top of their duties and complete them in an orderly fashion. About 2 years ago there was a hiccup with management, going through about 3 managers in 4 months. That could explain some of the less than steller reviews.
