I dealt with black mold because the bathrooms don't have a fan for ventilation, you have to open a window. The ceiling in my bedroom had a leak when it rained which also resulted in mold. The spiders and roaches that lie in the cracks of the foundation are ridiculous. They have "over night" security bit somehow the cars and mailboxes were broken into constantly.
