I've caught this employee, Mackenzie N.- of crown point apartments drinking and smoking on the job numerous of times. I've complained to management- management being Jessica T./ It's clear they aren't handling thus situation appropriately. In which, shows me they're aware of her drinking problems and smoking problems while working on the job. I wish Mackenzie was as passionate about taking care of the apartment buildings here, just as much as she is about her drinking habits. Can't even wait till she gets home! There's more ... read more

We have been tenants for 11 years and for the last 10 months we’ve had a huge problem with our downstairs neighbors and this new administration has done nothing to help us about! We live in fear! Our apartment smells like marijuana all the time bc our neighbors smoke inside the apartment and on the balcony. Our contract has been violated in more than one way and the management does nothing! I can’t be more disappointed with this place. We left the apartment in perfect conditions but they charged us $850 extra for replacing the carpet. So not only they are keeping the money from the deposit, they are also charging extra money because they are saying they need to change the carpets every 4 years or before renting to others. We have been only 1 year and 4 months and we used to remove our shoes to take care of the carpet and also we ordered to clean it 4 months before leaving. So obviously it was on good condition.... read more
