I currently live here I at 17806 Kinzie St. I have been here since mid June but I am ready to leave! The manager Chris is extremely unprofessional at times. There seems to be several plumbing issues here and most recently I had a roof leak in the kitchen. When I go to the manager Chris to report any issues she gets extremely upset and unprofessional. There is 40-49 decibel non-continues noise from multiple AC condensers on the roof top every night, especially in summer. Countless sleepless night I am having because of that. Super fukin annoying. You do not want to sleep in this condition in a long run. If you really want to move here, I suggest you live in the first floor.
i have lived here for a couple years. I moved here when rent was only $1,350 for a 2 bedroom, 2 baths, 2 balconies, 2 parking spaces, and 2 walk in closets. It has slightly increased since, but for new incomers its pricey. Its an amazing apartment tho. giving it 4 stars because the apartment is bomb asf and price is decent.
I moved in here about 6 months ago and love this place. It's a safe and small community and I've never had any problems. The property manger Chris is on top of everything and she always keeps the place clean and orderly.
The A/C & heater machines on top of the roof and the house next to us are really annoying, and you have no way to block the noise by using earplug. No deposit returned.
