A friend of mine recommended Crown Plumbing Services since she was highly satisfied with their work. Since Richmond American Home builders put a used garbage disposal in my new home, it’s no wonder I had to have it replaced so soon. Steve, from Crown Plumbing installed a new garbage disposal in less than an hour, even with removing the old one which was leaking and rusty. Unreliable. Steve repeatedly failed to show up when he said he would and didn’t finish the job. We are having to get another plumber to complete a simple water softener installation. We used Crown for years but it hasn’t been the same.
Steve, of Crown Plumbing recently installed a new hot water heater for us. The water was not getting hot and Home Depot told him to bring it back and they would give him another one. He installed that one and the water is still not producing enough hot water. We called him and he said he was sick and would come back that Friday. He never showed and his phone does not answer. Couldn’t have had a worse experience with Steve, the owner of this company, who I guess is a licensed plumber. This was a simple toilet installation job. He was messy and left two huge bolts sticking out of the toilet with the plastic cover tops dangling on the top of them attached by toilet paper. I guess he was hoping I would ‘t notice this? When I called him to come fix them he did return to file down the bolts but he then did not attached the plastic pieces and they were just left so the bolts were still showing. The pro... read more
