We had a wonderful experience with Crowne Plumbing. RJ installed our new hot water heater, and we couldn’t be more pleased with his work. He was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure the job was done right from start to finish. You can tell he truly takes pride in his work. We’re so grateful for RJ and would highly recommend Crowne Plumbing, and any of their plumbers, to anyone needing plumbing services.
James was fast and efficient, did a good job. Explained what I can do to keep the problem from happening in the future. Very knowledgeable and likable. Price seems a bit higher than expected.
Had an emergency plumbing issue with my tankless water heater and some other small projects. Not only did they somehow have all the parts available in their warehouse, but they retrieved and installed on the same day. And at least one of the parts was on back order. Also was able to execute the additional smaller projects at an high level as well. Excellent service from Jacob. Very honest and laid back! Would highly recommend !!!
RJ did a great job! He was there quickly, took his shoes off before entering the house, and was quick, but thorough when resolving our issue. AND they were a little cheaper than the other companies we’ve used in the area. My wife said he was a super nice guy and a very clear communicator.
I had a leak under the kitchen sink. Crown sent a guy out the same day and diagnosed that the faucet needed to be replaced. I ordered one on Amazon and Crown came back the next day to install it. The plumber was in and out in no time and the new faucet works great. The price was reasonable. I would use them again.
