I had a leak under the kitchen sink. Crown sent a guy out the same day and diagnosed that the faucet needed to be replaced. I ordered one on Amazon and Crown came back the next day to install it. The plumber was in and out in no time and the new faucet works great. The price was reasonable. I would use them again.
James kept us notified of his arrival time, able to diagnos the issue quickly and complete work in less than 30 min. Great experience!
RJ did great job and was very thorough. He took the time after he was done to test the toilet seat bidet and the shower head. He also made sure I understood how the remote works
