I arrived for a preconception appointment with a detailed medical history, a symptom timeline, fertility concerns, and a list of questions. The first challenge was finding the office. Someone has to remind doctors/providers they are not running a charity but a professional service, patients are customers. Double standards, If patient is late they have to reschedule or wait 20 minutes for the provider (Sarah Fryc) to see if they can fit them in, if provider is late which, is the case all the time, they have an excuse or they are busy, but if patient(customer) is late good luck.

I had a very good experience with the front desk and my provider Sarah Fryc in terms of communication, ease, and delivery of care. I would recommend updating the aesthetic of the office to create a more inviting and lighter feel. The furniture and general decor seemed very outdated compared to other medical offices I’ve been. Additionally, the news was on the TV in the waiting room, which unfortunately doesn't create a comforting and welcoming environment while waiting for an appt that can already be somewhat nerve racking a... read more
