Scott Venema was awesome, he spent over 4 hours with us showing us used cars, new cars,and he even got a car from a nearby other dealer for us to try. He was patient and very understanding and made every effort to get us the right car for us. The part I always hate is going to the Finance department, but Tom Quillen made it enjoyable, no pressure and a real nice guy.Also Kudos to Terry Hawkins the GM, he is who greeted me and made me feel like part of their family.
