They were awesome. I needed a hose on my air conditioning system repaired. They were on top of their game!!! They even went over my warranty coverages, which included a rental car for the day!!!! I just bought a 2017 Nissan Maxima SV from Jason Jiovani. After looking for a couple weeks at many dealerships, and speaking with several sales people, I finally chose Crown Nissan. From start to finish, Jason was a class act. If you're looking for someone knowledgeable who will talk straight with a no-nonsense yet honest attitude and, above all, without constantly pressuring you, then you'll want to go see Jason. You'll be thankful.
I usually set my appointments with Rob (love him) but he was on his lunch break. So I saw Christopher Derbey who greated me with a smile. I don't like change but was in a rush so I said what the heck. Christopher was kind and thorough. He explained what I needed to do. Showed me a book that explained everything clearly. Once again another employee at your store that makes you feel informed and not like your being ripped off. I appreciate everything!!!
