RecommendedMy Hubbie and I bought a used truck about a week ago. Our salesman was Mike Edge. I have to say it was one of the best car buying experiences I have had. Mike was kind, patient, brought a lot of knowledge to the table and was a huge blessing. We love our truck. We appreciate Mike and we will be back to Crown for another vehicle when the time is right.
My wife and I went to Crown Nissan to see if they had any Toyota Tacoma’s for sale, we were greeted by Mike Edge who was very easy to talk to, most salesman can be aggressive and kind of annoying. Mike checked their inventory and found one at Crown Volvo, he took us down to see the truck and we liked it. Crown said they couldn’t adjust price too much so we went elsewhere to look and after a couple hours with an annoying salesman we agreed to go back to Mike and do the deal. Mike is a great asset, thank you Mike

I went to Crown to figure out what I wanted to do with my lease. Ross Hiatt was our salesmen and he was great! Patient with all of our questions and detailed when explaining all of our options. It was actually an enjoyable experience.

Their service team are professional and knowledgeable. The place is clean and well maintained. There are complimentary snacks in the waiting area for anyone that is having their car serviced.
I worked with Nikola Tadic when visiting Crown Nissan. He did an excellent job ensuring I was well informed, was not pushy at all, and helped ensure I felt at ease throughout the entire process. I even left the day before because I wanted to make a more informed decision, and he didn't try any pressure tactics to keep me there. He definitely made the car buying process as easy as it could be. Ask for Nikola - you won't be disappointed.
