Had the best experience at Crown Nails and Spa! It was my first time and they were so welcoming and kind. My nails turned out perfect. I am absolutely in love with the work they did. They were so gentle and precise!! I will 100% be back!!!

haven’t had good results from most of the salons I went to but this is the best one ive been to! They’re very considerate about their customers (offer beverages, and for me asked if I was cold and wanted the heat on, they are very gentle aswell. Please try this salon they are awesomeeee

I was not aware of the new management and staff. I used to love this place. Not anymore. I got a regular mani and the nail polish was so thick that they weren’t dry 2 hours later! my toenails were not cut properly or shaped nice at all! my heels are still very rough. it doesn’t look like I even had a pedi. This place USED to be top notch not impressed at all! I won’t be going back.

If I could give a zero, I would. My worst nail experience ever. They’ll charge you for things they won’t tell you about and then when you don’t have the option to do anything else, the owner will just tell you that you should have told her before. It’s the nail tech’s responsibility to ask you how you want your nails but in my case, I was passed between 3 - they neither communicated amongst themselves nor did they communicate with me.
