I got warranty work done to my Gladiator. They did a great job. Very quick turn around with replacing a seal on the transfer case. The loaner was clean and great to drive.
I was introduced to Rob Giacalone by my friend Jen. Rob was very helpful connecting with a dealer In Chicago where I found a jeep I wanted to buy. Rob worked a dealer trade to make that jeep available to me. I purchased the jeep at a good price and it is now getting leather seats installed. I haven’t driven it yet but expect to within the next week. I also met “Ruger” at the closing and he was helful too.
So far the best service and honest people around I recommend you guys they even video scan under the car for a quick inspection well though in the end..
Everybody at Crown motors was friendly and knowledgeable. There was a problem with the ice plugs in my Dodge Hornet, and it was under warranty. The problem is ice plugs cannot be replaced on their own and the whole head had to be replaced. I’m still a little confused as to whether or not the head arrived in pieces or if it was one unit but at any rate my car was there two months before I got it back.
