I was devastated by the strong odor of a dead animal somewhere in my car. I called and scheduled an appointment with the AI auto attendant and took my car in the same morning. I had to leave my car all day which makes sense, but they got rid of that horrid smell and disinfected. The cost was $508 but at least its done. Roger is always pleasant to deal with. Thankful for their help.
Alexis helped me get a new Nissan leaf. I have been in the market for an EV for awhile and her and the team here made the process extremely easy and went above and beyond in trying to help me not only walk away with a brand new EV but also get rid of my truck that was costing me way to much.
