My Mazda 3 began to make ticking noises on a drive from Chicago to Holland. They seemed to be coming from the front right wheel, and then sometimes from the left front wheel. After a stop in Saugatuck, the noises grew progressively louder, especially while decelerating. I worked with Eddie in the used car department. He, and Brian Delo, are real stand up guys in my opinion. I spent a lot of time deciding what I wanted/needed. Every visit, text, call was treated professionally. I finally went in one day, told Eddie that "today is the day that I buy a car, let's go".
