Hidden gem in West Michigan! We’re a Honda family and didn’t realize Crown Motors was a certified Honda dealership and will now be taking our cars for service to this location. Their prices are extremely reasonable, Bailey provided us great customer service, and no one tried try to upsell me more work! Bailey helped me prioritize the services I needed and didn’t make me feel guilty for waiting on one of them. It was worth my 45 minute drive to take my car to Crown! Highly recommend their service department.
I already knew which car I wanted, and Eddie was so helpful in walking me through the numbers to see if financing or leasing was the better option. He was very patient with me (I can be a little wishy-washy at times ), and never made me feel rushed. He responded quickly, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process smooth. I’m so glad he helped me with my new car!
I have bought 3 cars from this location and unfortunately I have to write a review on the terrible service at this place. Multiple times I have made appointments and then they have proceeded to call my husband to make sure he agrees with the service. Since we are under warranty we have continued to use them, but today was my last straw. I needed routine service and some recall work to be re-looked at. Buyer beware! Service falls apart after the sale. I went to Crown service to get my 2nd oil change and tire rotation. I mentioned I had some terrible road noise and would like it investigated. I was informed there was nothing wrong with my car or tires. I left and it was still a problem. I went back for a 3rd oil change and tire rotation, and they then tell me I need ALL NEW TIRES.
