Daniel was great to work with and our experience was fairly fast and easy
We had a oil change and a tire rotation. The day before we received in the mail from a local company a special for $49.50 for an oil change and tire rotation.. We took it along and asked if Crown could you do anything ..NO..we don.t do that..$122.79 later, and 14 years of oil changes at Crown . We have had our last one..

I’ve generally had good customer service experiences here, and I appreciated the dealership helping me previously with my driver door lock issue and warranty process.
