to begin the toilet had a sanitary tape over toilet showing it had been cleaned but when i lifted the seat there was pee already that had not been flushed. I placed a do not disturb sign on the door and owner (west indian lady) still went into the room and took it upon her self to shut off light and air conditioner. When i contacted the front desk they stated they could go to any room they wanted because they were checking if things were "ok" in the room.
