They were quick to get back to & and seemed polite via email. I set up an appointment a few days later to come see the car (which is an hour and a half away from me) and Brandon said he would call me if it sold so I wouldn’t make a wasted trip. I didnt recieve a call but decided to give them a call the morning of my appointment just in case. Turns out Brandon is off on the day he agreed to the appointment AND the car was sold. Incredible!

There was some confusion of communication. Perhaps it was the distance. Salesman did write me an apology letter for the confusion.
Christ is a great seller! good experience.
I didn’t end up purchasing because of back and forth with price “management “ being out. Immediately found ideal car and dealership in Massachusetts. They did follow up but I was more interested in the other car

Sales consultants Chris & Floyd were perfect, on point but not overly pushy, great test drive with Chris. Naveed the financial services manager was quick and efficient, and knows that even when purchasing a used car the buyer wants it washed and detailed, can't brag to your neighbors in a dirty car....( plus it makes the dealership look bad ). The dealer did contact me through email and gave me all options. I sent an email back to the dealer explaining what I had as a trade-in and haven't heard from them since.
