This place has extremely poor customer service. I’ve called their contact number multiple times, left numerous voice messages, and even visited in person on several occasions, all in an effort to set up an appointment for my dad. Unfortunately, no one ever answers the phone, and when I visit, no one is available to speak to. It’s been incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I came here years ago, and everything was fine. Front desk was very nice. This time, front desk person who picked up the call was so rude. Made a appointment a week ago and confirmed it with him. On the way there, found out that it wasn’t even open. We call and check with front desk, he was very rude and gave attitude saying that they are not open. Well why did he schedule a appointment today knowing that they will not be opened! He hung up before I can even finish my sentence. I would not recommend this place to anyone at a... read more
