As of May 1st there is no body in the office the number is not in service. How do you just up & abandon a complex & the tenants. The last time I spoke to someone was back in April because I was complaining the trash was not being picked up, the grass being cut and the unit on the first floor(Apt A) is flooded. The water in the hall is creating gnats as well as an odor, every time I go in/out the door to my unit the gnats coming in. I can not sit down to enjoy my dinner because of the gnats. I have been without central air cooling and heat unit since 6/9/18. I am disable person that need decent ,fair housing I have a history of lung and heart disease . I told this to office staff members. Now l have black mold visible in the ac duct,vents,apartment and all the repairs has not been fixed,just given the runaround by office members and my repairs issues are not met.

During my stay of almost five years here at crown manor nothing has been done to really upgrade the place. There is mold everywhere and they try to cover it up with bleach. Termites are eating up the decks and a half *** job was did on the decks leaving them unsafe. The nails are pointing inward and any child could stick themselves while playing. The wood is falling off in places and management does nothing about it except take pictures. The apt. Is cracking,tub rusting,cats running all over the place.
