This is a great location at a reasonable price. CVS and Butler Wine right across the street and only a few blocks from the Square. Quiet and comfortable with offstreet parking. Maintenance is 24 hours and quick repairs.

In response to Teresa Dunten's post. The lease specifically tells tenants that we do not do just summer subleasing. Tenants have to initial after reading each paragraph of the lease. The apartments do have electric heat but there are heating units in the living room AND the bedroom. The square footage at Sunflower II is 540 sq. ft. Tenants are told their electric bill can run as low as $30 and as high as $120. That depends on your use. I had a terrible experience. Based on my experience, I found the management to be litigious, predatory, and an option all students should avoid.
