Based on our experience, don't buy expecting good service. Have two of their new forklifts, not going to bother to run through all the details regarding our disappointment in their service. Suggest you plan to call back 4-5 times to get a tech to show, and then the same follow up needed for your parts. Not what we were expecting. Loading is fast , little tight for 53 footer

Crown lift trucks company blocked my path with a semi to access the drop off property I was dropping a vehicle to, so I used their property to drop my vehicle and was told I couldn't and had to wait for the semi to move. The vehicle I was dropping ran too, so I wasn't blocking anyone. The person who told me I had to wait was Daniel. I don't see how my path can be blocked to the spot I'm dropping to, and there's open space on Crown lift trucks property for me to drop. I'll be filing a complaint on Daniel.
