HORRIBLE! I had a 10:00 appointment for a Oil Change and Tire Rotation. Over 2 1/2 hours later Nehimiah, the advisor that checked me in, said they would be bringing my vehicle around shortly. I waited for it and when they brought it around the windows were down and the outside was dirtier than before I brought in it. Got inside and there was sand all over - I guess from the windows being down and sitting in the back lot. Called immediately and got the run around for hours.
