I came to The Crown Kia service department being a new customer, not having an appointment. And i was greeted by the concierge Shawna, she was so sweet and welcoming which was a nice change! Unfortunately, I had to make an appointment for a later day since they did not have any open appointments. I will definitely be back and greatly appreciate their customer service.
Bought the car here and did my first service
When I first made the appointment with Crown, I was looking forward to it about as much as one looks forward to having root canal at the dentist. It was my first visit to Crown Kia and my fears were unfounded – the staff provided a pleasant and positive experience .
