Nehemiah has helped me several times throughout the past year definitely a big five stars for him. Communication is great. He’s transparent and very kind. He makes sure that your car gets serviced as quick as possible and you’re not waiting all day. I’ve had no problems with any service that my car has received. Will keep returning

Brought my car here because it was having an issue with my camshaft position sensor (I knew this was the problem before bringing it in and even explained that to them) they then tried to replace my battery at 3.5x the price of a battery when questioned about the price they said “well we have master Kia mechanics so you pay for that knowledge” they then proceeded to tell me my bad battery was the reason for the sensor issue. I had gone to another shop for an alignment that did not realize they could not do an alignment on a vehicle with lane departure assistance and messed up my car. I went to Crown Kia without an appointment from there at 4pm after leaving the shop and Nehemiah squeezed me in and got me in and out in about an hour, with everything fixed. Great experience and will definitely be back.
If your having issues with your car under warranty- im BEGGING you not to go to this place. Go to another kia dealership. They only fixed the easy to find issues that were caused by some bigger picture issues in my 2018 kia rio affecting both my engine and electrical systems. Its hard enough to get them to honor warranty repairs, and they wont admit any fault when they fail to diagnose the bigger issues affecting these cars- leaving you to foot the bill right after your warranty expires, even for the (very many)repairs under... read more
