If I can give this place zero stars I would. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a rental company, they lied so many times to the owner of the property we are renting from, (we are tenants) We have been tenants for about 4 years and their customer service has gone down hill, many times when we tried getting maintenance they would take a while to send someone, and when they finally send someone they would send someone who made the problem worst. Extremely unprofessional and neglectful company. Worst business experience I have ever had.
Had the chance to connect with Susan through our property management network and was struck by the professionalism that comes through at Crown Key Property Management. The team clearly cares about doing right by their owners and residents in the Tracy area. Highly recommend.
