First let me say that I have bought and sold many homes and never could I have imagined what this relator did. I was the seller of a property in Gilbert AZ and Marci was the relator representing out of state buyers of my home. The transaction was moving along and the inspection was completed approximately 2 weeks ago. The inspector may not have been the most knowledgeable as one of the things he noted is that a brand new gas grill didn't work however all he needed to do was turn on the gas. Marci is an exceptional real estate agent, and this is a solid statement!
