Paul and Avi are fantastic, I always come here to have my watches fixed and corrected. I love and trust the family-run business and came from Melb West to have my watch band shortened! Down to earth people and a great experience, if you need any help they are more than happy to assist!

I been here a few times once to buy a watch they have a fair selectin. and a few other times to buy a few watch straps. they are always friendly with good prices and they very helpfull been able to fit the straps in a timely manner. I have no real complaints with the service they provide.
They lost our watch. Outright gave it to someone else. It was only due to luck that the person they gave it to realised the problem and decided to come back. We'd have let it go without a review, but when picking it up the husband made the decision to override his wife's offer not to take payment, and then also to tell her not to give us a watch box as an apology.
