I entrusted this jeweler with four custom rings made from my late mother’s diamond for her four granddaughters. A few years later, one ring lost its diamond. Thankfully, we found it and brought it back to the same jeweler for repair. Three days after picking it up, the head of the ring detached and the diamond was lost forever.
