Sold me a car a little over a month ago with problems, took it this past Friday told me it will be 48-72 hours to diagnose, I got the diagnosis on Monday evening approved everything and then get a text that the price on a part was wrong and then told my dad that it went up not down and the price went from $1,454 to $1,403 sorry the math wasn't matching, got the car back yesterday and still had the issue which was banging on certain roads, took it to my mechanic come to find out it was a bad motor mount, I'm willing to bet my... read more

I recently purchased a certified used 2020 Hyundai Tucson from Crown Hyundai. I experienced a problem backing up cold and wanted to have it checked out. Also I had a slow leak in the right rear tire. Jarett Ziemak my service rep address both of these issues for me. I also got to meet Ryan Murray the service manager.
