Chris Murray was great and kept me updated throughout the process while my suv was being serviced. Definitely recommend!! Side note add car washes to all serviced vehicles
SAFETY HAZARD They broke my car and refused to fix it! Absolute nightmare experience. I brought my 2016 Veloster in for a mandatory Safety Recall . I handed them a car that was running perfectly fine. After their 'inspection,' they handed it back to me misfiring and shaking violently, making it completely unsafe to drive. When I immediately pointed out that they damaged my vehicle, the staff was dismissive and literally told me 'there’s nothing we can do.' Our Service Advisor, Doreen Hailey was very helpful when we were having our 2025 Hyundai Tucson serviced. She kept us updated every step of the way. She was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.
We have an EV, and Chris Murray was our Service Dept rep. He does an excellent job, is familiar with the vehicle and ensures that we are satisfied with our service needs. Crown Hyundai has great service, and a knowledgable and friendly service dept. I highly recommend them.
