Very organized. I would recommend using the service.
usually ok but we have experienced nothing but issues since the ecm update 3 weeks ago The vehicle began shifting unusually during the first start in the morning when starting to drive this started immediately after the recall ECM update. Once warmed up, it shifts normally. Can never get a live person to help. We also took out every plan when buying the car prepaid maintenence for oil and tire rotations etc they never honor any of those so we have had to pay out of pocket.
I was given 2 different times when car would be finished with a computer update. After latest time I asked about my car and Dawn couldn’t find it and when she did, it hadn’t even been started after it being there for one and a half hours!! I don’t have all day to sit at the dealership for a one hour computer update.
I had my 16k service appointment with Crown Hyundai. My service advisor, Doreen Hailey, was excellent, kept me up to date and was very thorough. After about 15 minutes she came to tell me the service was going to take a little longer than expected and she would be glad to Uber me home. She later called me and offered to pick me up via Uber as well. I could not have asked for better service. Definitely a pleasant experience and I really have to say that even though she was very busy, Doreen went above and beyond.
Very disappointed in the service department. Chris wouldn't return any phone calls.
