We had pipe break under the house and had to remove the the basement drywall and part of the floor. We loved the work Nathan and his crew did so much that we also had him do our floors upstairs as well.

Nate was superintendent of my project, which was a guest bath remodel. He is such a professional and truly manages the project from start to finish. He gives you his fullest attention no matter what the size of the project: returns phone calls, messages, visits the site, picks up materials, follows through with his workers' progress. I hired Crown Homes to remodel part of my basement that had to be gutted after a flood. I appreciated Nate's follow through - providing a bid when he said he would and promptly responding when contacted. Anyone who has gone through construction knows how valuable that quality is in a contractor. He and his subs were easy and pleasant to deal with and did quality work. Our family decided last minute to tear out our fireplace and replace carpet with hardwood floors. Crown Homes was able to give us the best quote and guarantee our satisfaction. The next week we were leaving town for spring break and Nate (the general contractor) told us that it would be best if they could come in and do the whole project while we were gone---we were shocked!! Nate is wonderful to work with. He was easy to communicate with and always returned my phone calls. His pricing was very accurate and fair--no surprises along the way! If ever there was something I wanted to add, he'd price it out for me quickly and ask for my approval or not. He came whenever he told me he was coming, which I really appreciated. He is honest, easy to work with, a nice guy--what more could you ask for in someone you work with! We love our pool house. :)
