I’m extremely upset with this dentist office called me when I’ve had an appointment scheduled a week in advance and calls last minute the day before to let me know unfortunately my insurance was out of network when I asked over a week ago after submitting insurance information online she said oh yeah the cleaning and exam would be covered. Not professional and feel like they should give me a courtesy cleaning for there mistake. Horrible experience I never take the time to write reviews but this left me upset. I've had nothing but great experiences with Dr. Silver. After a poor application of a permanent crown and terrible customer service from Dental Depot on 23rd Street, she went the extra mile to ensure my crown was fixed and secured properly. I'm so thankful for her friendly staff and feel extremely welcomed each time I'm there. 12/10 would recommend.
